It's possible to walk the Peak Way by using public transport. This is especially useful if you live in or near Stockport and don't want to book accommodation. If you're from further afield it may help you plan your accommodation. So, for example, you could choose to stay in the same accommodation in the Hope Valley for a few days, knowing that you can reach your start and finish locations by public transport.
